It hasa loop securely riveted on it, made ofthe same material, of such dimensionsas to pass a pipe 2 inches in outside di-ameter, hasten this collar securely tothe top of the timber with lag screws. Itis also to be drilled for securing the guycables. The platform on the mast is 2 feetsquare, supprjrted on two pieces of 2-inchby 6-incii, boltetl to the timber; thedetails are clearly shown
