After-school math program in Brooklyn in New York


Students at IS 288 in Brooklyn in New York participate in the School of One after-school math program on Tuesday, March 23, 2010. The program uses instructional software to tailor instructions to each student by analyzing their results according to what they have accomplished on the previous day. The students participate in a combination of small group teacher-led instruction, one-on-one tutoring and independent study. The seven-week program is being used in three schools in the city.
