Canada, Indian Chiefs at Calgary Stampede. They have privilege of free entry into all the events, this is a privilege that they gained for themselves for themselves with spectacular mysticism in 1967. It was the first year they had ever been asked to pay for entry and thetroibes joined together in performing a dance to the rain god. The resulting downpour was such that they totally spoiled the week's events and never again were have the Indians been asked to pay. The Indians referred to, 'The Great White Queen' when they signed their treaty with Queen Victoria in 1876. The Blackfoot, Sarcee, Peigan and Mountain Assiniboine were all signatories to that treaty,
