London, UK. 14th October 2016. A student at the protest demanding the reinstatement of sacked Ecuadorian cleaner Alba, a 62-year old who is one of the longest serving members of the cleaning team at the London School of Economics outside the LSE Kingsway building where cleaning contractors Noonan have their office. The United Voices of the World union say Alba has been unfairly sacked in breach of employment law and the protest demanded he re-instatement. They accuse the LSE management of failing to require Noonan act fairly towards staff. Credit: Peter Marshall/Alamy Live News
