Indiana's Adjutant General, Maj. Gen. R. Martin Umbarger, speaks at the Company C, 2-238th General Support Aviation Battalion departure ceremony, Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2012, at the Army Aviation Flight Facility in Shelbyville, Ind. The medical evacuation unit is set to deploy will approximately 50 Soldiers to Kuwait in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. “We’re proud of being Hoosiers. We're proud to wear the uniform," said Umbarger. "Only three other states have deployed more troops since 9/11."
