Citizen-Soldiers of the Puerto Rico Army National Guard 770th Transportation Co. carry food and water supplies to the municipality of Camuy, Oct. 13. Early in the morning, specialists Cosme, Guilbe, Montalvo and Díaz arrived at the FEMA warehouse in Caguas, PR to load the supplies that would later be taken to the Camuy Country Club in that municipality.
