The Greek Mediterranean island of Symi.
Gialos ( the lower harbour town ) and Chorio ( the upper town ) together form Symi town on the Greek island of Symi, near Rhodes in the Mediterranean sea. A quite beautiful, very tranquil, and highly colourful place. Many of the neoclassical homes were built by wealthy sponge merchants in the 19th century.
