Director Ian Flitman was born in 1963 and grew up in a southern suburb of London. His continuing interest in the arts has led him through successive periods of first poetry, then theatre, followed by film and digital media. He made two 16mm films having been involved in all stages of their execution having written, produced, directed and edited them (‘An Almost Selfish Film’- 8 mins 1991, ‘One Across’ – 16 mins 1994).
