Llandegley, Powys, Wales, UK. 18th January 2013. A farmer rescues a driver whose car has got stuck in a lay-by. The whole of Wales has been hit by blizzards and almost continous snowfalls. Snow ploughs/gritting trucks have had to work on a 24 hour shift to keep the major roads clear. Very few motorists ventured making the roads virtually traffic free. Photo credit: Graham M.
