A vigorous healthy grower. Sliarplcss. This variety has been in popular favor since 1880 and is still a grand variety for heavy soil. Th&'berries are veVy large and tine, and it is quite producti\'e. MlclieJ's Early. A remarkably early variety rip- ening in advance of May King, Crescent or any of the other early varieties. It is a good bearer and if given good culture the berries are of good size. It is indispensable for home use. Gancly. One of the very latest berries we have and for this reason it is almost indispensable. The berries are very large and tirm and beautiful color. All the earlier varieties are gone before Gaudy begins to ripen. May King. One of the best early varieties for home use that we know The berries are of good size and remark- ably tine flavor. It is not consid ered productive enough for market, Crescent, (F) This variety has been planted in immense numbers and svill holds a high plact-with large growers. Its main jecommendation is its immense pi oductiveness. The ber- ries are small unless given high culture. Warlielfl IVo. 3. (P; This variety is taking the place of crescent for market purposes in some sections. If given good ful- lure it will bear more and the terries will average larger than the Crescent. '8 Early.
