This is not to be wondered at, as, whether used for cutting or for show in the garden, they are one of the most valuable flowers which can readily be grown from seed. We offer three distinct types, the new Super-Giant or Maximum, the large-flowering, JtaU-growing or giant, and the equally large-flowered half dwarf variety. In our trials the seeds sown out of doors the first week of May came into bloom early in Julj', remaining in full flower until November. For earlier flowering, they may be started indoors or in a frame in March, transplanting them to the open when the weather is suitable. We have made exhaustive tests of scores of varieties and offer the' following as being the best in their respective colors. Super-Giant Snapdragons (Antirrhinum Majus IVIaximum) This recently introduced type is similar to the Giants offered on this page, of somewhat taller growth and with still largerindividual flowers, and in a rangeof colors that are quite distinct.
