The Old Colony Building on South Dearborn Street in the Chicago Loop. The downtown 17-story structure was completed in 1894 and was designed by the famed architectural frim of Holabird & Roche. It is the lone surviving building from a group of Chicago Style architecture skyscrapers. It has gently rounded bay windows on all four corners of the building. When built it was the tallest building in Chicago. It has been designated with official Chicago Landmark status and is also listed on the , Register of Historic Places.
