'Tsuki-Yori-No-Shisha' Fimbriated Dahlia, Fransad dahlia (Dahlia x Pinnata)

On fimbriated dahlias, the tips of the ray florets have two or three even splits or notches, creating a ruffled or fringed effect. The florets themselves can vary and may be flat, involute, revolute, straight, incurving or twisted. The deeply fringed petals of this big, spectacular dahlia give it an otherworldly air, which is fitting since its name means "Messenger from the Moon"
