BUDGE, Oliver H., president of theGerman-Austrian Mission from 1930 to1934, was born April 3, 1873, a son ofWm. Budge and Ann Hyer. He wasbaptized when nine yeais old by RobertPrice, ordained a Seventy Oct. 7, 1896,by Chr. D. Fjeldsted, and filled a mis-sion to Switzerland and Germany in1896-1899. On his second mission(1930-1934), when he presided, he wasaccompanied by his wife, MargaretSutton Budge, who was born April 15,1877, in Paris, Idaho, a daughter ofJohn A. Sutton and Margaret H.
