To regulate the action of thefeed water pumps and insure the maintaining of the waterline in the boilers at a constant level two Vigilant feed waterregulators, manufactured by the Chaplin-Fulton Manufactur-ing Company of Pittsburgh, have been installed. Piping.—The piping for the engines and compressors passesdirectly through the floor into the basement, and the engineroom with no overhead piping thus presents a rather uniqueappearance.
