Air Force Col. Jeffrey Menasco, 317th Airlift Wing commander, renders his first salute to the 317th AW during an assumption-of-command ceremony at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, Aug. 3, 2018. Menasco will lead the wing, which comprises two groups, the 317th OG and 317th Maintenance Group, and multiple squadrons. The vision of the 317th AW is to develop professional, innovative Airmen to safely employ tactical airlift worldwide.
