All growers are unanimous in their praise of this magnificent berry, and it is considered the fine$t of all late fruiting sorts ; we do not know that it has a single defect. Plants of extra strong constitution and growth, doing well everywhere. The firuit is extra large, heart-shaped, color bright, rich red, and the flavor leaves nothing to be desired. A grand variety for pre- serving, retaining its native flavor in a wonderful degree when canned.
