A German flame-bladed small-sword, circa 1780 Unusual blade with gilt fullers on both sides and ornamental, gilt decorative etching on the base. Gilt bronze hilt with floral decoration in relief and guard plate with star-shaped openwork, the grip with fine silver wire wrap. Beautifully preserved sword with fine blade. Length cm.
