They grow very tall, with large flowers of fine form. Being borne on very long stems, they are excellent for cutting to put in vases for house decoration. They are all single, self-colored, and Surpass all others in brilliancy and variety of coloring. They are also most effective for bedding. Mixed colors 50 cents per dozen; $3 50 per 100 PARROT TULIPS For outdoor cultivation. The petals of these have feathered edges, and in addition to other colors combine shades of green—a peculiarity confined to this class. The flowers are very singular and picturesque, of large size and brilliant color, and form very effective groups for the flower border.
