Northumberlandia
Northumberlandia is a land sculpture in the shape of a reclining female figure the work was designed by American landscape architect Charles Jencks. Located near Cramlington the work was constructed using material from an adjacent open cast coal mine. The structure and park was opened by Princess Anne on 29 August 2012.
