Zhou Enlai (March 5,1898 - January 8, 1976) was the first Premier of the People's Republic of China, serving from October 1949 until his death in January 1976. Jiang Qing (Chiang Ch'ing, March 1914 – May 14, 1991) was the pseudonym that was used by Chinese leader Mao Zedong's last wife and major leftist figure during the Cultural Revolution (1966-1976).
