Adam Pauly, incoming commander 107th Fighter Squadron, Feb. 4, 2023 during the unit's change of command ceremony. The passing of the guidon is a symbolic gesture, whereby the outgoing commander passes the guidon back to the group commander and the incoming commander receives it from the group commander.
