The Oaks, Richmond, United Kingdom. Architect: Soup Architects, 2012. View of master bedroom en-suite bathroom with slate featur

The Oaks is a Grade II listed residential property forming one wing of Ham House Stables. Originally built in 1610 as the stable block for the Grade I listed Ham House, this wing was converted into two residential units during the 1970s. SOUP Architects were commissioned to look at re-unifying the two units to form one coherent structure to allow the building to function as a single house. Upon entering the grounds of Ham House, The Oaks provides a beautiful backdrop and example of 400 year old Jacobean architecture.
