Waterproof material. Scanning electron micrograph (SEM). Polyurethane coated nylon is used in a wide array of products including luggage, backpacks, trousers, military wear and performance apparel. These fabrics are known for their durability and resistance to abrasions, tears and scuffs and are 100% water proof and materials are also self extinguishing and will not act as an accelerant in a fire.
