Children from the Ariliguo primary school watch as Petty Officer 2nd Class Kristofer Regalado, from Manahawkin, assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Mustin, builds a retaining wall for a septic drain field. Sailors from Mustin are building a restroom facility at the school as a Pacific Partnership 2009 community service project in the Solomon Islands.
