The prefentchurch muft. be from its ftile at leaft as old as that period. It is a vicarage in the diocefe of Lincoln and deanry of Mure-fley ; the church is dedicated to St. Mary ; the bifhop of Oxford> is both proprietor and patron j the certified value 681. 19s. rated in the kings books at 9I. 9s. yd. the yearly tenths,18s. uf.
