New York, , Ar. 13, 2015-Work continues at NYU Langone Medical Center two and a half years after the storm surge from Hurricane Sandy flooded the facilities and forced the evacuation of patients. FEMA Public Assistance funds are paying for repairs to the facilities and for mitigation projects designed to protect the medical center from future storms.
