Iron Chain Bridge on Paro River, Bhutan. Thangtong Gyalpo (1385-1464) was a great Buddhist, a yogi, physician, blacksmith, architect, and a pioneering civil engineer. He built this iron chain suspension bridge by Tachog Lhakhang Dzong, perched on the hillside overlooking the River Paro Chhu. He built 108 such bridges. Paro, Bhutan.
