Tubeuf del.) been found to retain their vitality for two years. Smith ^ found that twigs were also affected by the disease, so that a gummy degeneration took place in the soft bast and cambium. As remedial measures, the gathering of all diseased fruit left hanging over winter is strongly recommended.
