SATTAHIP, THAILAND (Oct. 10, 2022) Radford Mays, Veterans of Foreign War (VFW) Post 9876 honor guard captain, from La Habra, California, participates in a ship tour aboard Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Higgins (DDG 76) as the ship conducts a scheduled port visit in Sattahip, Thailand, Oct. 10. Higgins is assigned to Commander, Task Force 71/Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, the Navy’s largest forward-deployed DESRON and the 7th fleet’s principal surface force.
