The kitchen has to serve as a dining room as well, or the living room can be madea combination living room and dining j-oom if so desired. Cross ventilation of the kitchen and two of the bedrooms cannot be obtained. There are very unusual conditions in this case which make for high costs, but this type of house should be built elsew-here within the limits of the houses are decidedly attractive looking and the plan merits study. 101 UriJEAU O
