NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Aug. 23, 2018) Aviation Ordnanceman 1st Class Donald Harris, from Tallahassee, Fla., assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) weapons department, center, poses for a group photo after being awarded Aviation Ordnanceman of the Year by Capt. John J. Cummings, Ford's commanding officer. Harris will be promoted to chief petty officer next month.
