Visited the Tama River about 6 months after Typhoon Hagibis, which was on par with Category 5 hurricane, passed through eastern Japan in October 2019. Portions of the riverbank still show scars where flooding and debris ravaged the landscape. These shots show a calm and tranquil Tama River with normal levels of water flowing over one of the many weirs built up and down the river.
