Marine Corps Brig. Gen. Benjamin Watson, commanding general, Marine Corps Installations East-Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, welcomes local business and community leaders with the Jacksonville Onslow Chamber of Commerce to MCB Camp Lejeune, March 14. “I just want to thank you all for coming to see us,” said Watson. “We have about 70% of our folks that live out in town so the relationship shared between the base and community is important to us.” The meeting allowed leaders from the community to share information and gain insight on what the Marines do on the installation daily.
