Deqa Yasin (right), Somalia’s Minister of Women and Human Rights Development and Ambassador Francisco Madeira, the Special Representative of the Chairperson of the African Union Commission (SRCC) for Somalia inspect Qamar Primary School, which was renovated by the African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM), in Mogadishu, Somalia on 31 January 2019. The school was named after Dr. Qamar Aden Ali, late Somalia's Health Minister, who was killed in a suicide attack at Shamo Hotel in 2009.
