The jackfruit or Artocarpus Heterophyllus is a species of tree and native to parts of South and Southeast Asia. The tree and its fruit are most commonly known as as the jackfruit. Jackfruit is well suited to the tropics and its fruit is the largest tree borne fruit reaching as heavy as 80 pounds in weight.
