Dolan page 3 Exterior improvements will include paving of entire area as soon as the building is completed. Grass and trees will be planted along Northern Ave. and around the entrance to the building. Site work for the building will require five (5) days and will consist of clearing the area of all debris, preparing footings and filling low areas with gravel.
