Many Cubans flags at half mast for Fidel's mourning


Fidel Castro's ashes entered in Santiago de Cuba on December 3, 2016, the final destination of a journey started three days before in Havana. To pay homage to the funeral convoy, thousand of women and men remained under the sun before draining toward Revolution Square, the place that represents the central scene of the public tribute to Fidel paid in the evening. In the early morning of December 4th, the convoy, still accompanied and surrounded by thousands of peoples, arrived in Santa Ifigenia's graveyard. Following a funeral ceremony which toke place in private form, cemeteries' gates were opened to the public.
