Flooding in Kunming, Yunnan's provincial capital, China. Heavy rains in south and west China caused floods, death and devastation from Sichuan to Hubei. In Yunnan torrential downpours were blamed for hundreds of millions of yuan in damage and at least 31 fatalities due to flash floods, landslides and other rain-related accidents.
