Vintage portrait photo circa 1900s of British statesman Sir (Joseph) Austen Chamberlain (1863 - 1937). Chamberlain, the son of Joseph Chamberlain and half-brother of Neville Chamberlain, held various government positions during his career, including Chancellor of the Exchequer (1903 - 1905 + 1919 - 1921) and Foreign Secretary (1924 - 1929).
