Staff Sgt. Samuel Obeng, 184th Security Forces, maintains the strength and integrity of his section of the front line during civil disturbance training, Topeka, Sept. 18. Noncommissioned officers such as Obeng were placed directly behind the line to keep it straight and ensure proper spacing. They also relayed commands to move the line appropriately.
