There were some lively times at the attractive shop of Mrs. J. B. Freeman, on Superior street, during Easter week. Mrs. Freeman is one of the leading florists of this city, an expert in her line and popular with her patrons. And she certainly can hustle around. The display window of her shop was elab- orately decorated during the week and could not help but attract attention. Easter business broke all records, she says. One of the most attractive Easter window displays shown in this city was that of the Art Floral &? Decorat- ing Co., which is located next to Keith's theater. This concern believes in having attractive windows and is making good. This location is favor- able for selling a great many corsages to women who are going to the matinee at this popular vaudeville house. Here, too, Easter trade was all that could be desired. At the last meeting of the Toledo Florists' Club, the members voted to give up their present hall until they can decide on a definite plan that will be effective in obtaining a larger at- tendance at the meetings. Retailers here do not take as much interest in their club as they should and do not seem to find time to attend the meet- ings. It would profit every live busi- ness man to join with others in this way and cooperate in every possible manner. Much that would be for the good of the trade could be accom- plished; experiences could be exchanged, HUGO H. JAHN 710 Noetrand Avenue* Vel. No. 1962 Bedford BROOKLYN, N.
