The Camp Buehring Noncommissioned Officer Academy concluded teaching the Basic Leader Course under the old curriculum with class 18-709 and will begin to teach the new course design with class 18-710, at Camp Buehring, Kuwait, Sept. 6, 2018. The new course curriculum focuses on six leader core competencies: Readiness, Leadership, Training Management, Operations, Communication, and Program Management to enhance each Soldier’s abilities.
