Jockeys and their horses compete during the Labe (Elbe) Trophy Race at the distance of 5,200 meters at the 120th Velka Pardubicka Steeplechase in Pardubice, East Bohemia, Czech Republic. The Velka Pardubicka Steeplechase is known as the toughest steeplechase in continental Europe. It runs in the Eastern Bohemian town of Pardubice in the Czech Republic. The town is famous for its horse races. The first race ran here in 1874.
