Eisenhower (CVN 69) (Ike). Mumford serves aboard Ike as a culinary specialist and is responsible for food preparation and feeding the crew. Ike and its Carrier Strike Group are deployed in support of Operation Inherent Resolve, maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the 5th Fleet area of operations.
