Soldiers from Alpha Company, 1st Battalion, 168th Aviation, Alaska National Guard, load UH-60 Black Hawk helicopters onto a C-17 Globemaster Feb. 4, 2021 at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, bound for Fort Hood, Texas. Approximately 60 Soldiers from A Company are mobilizing to Fort Hood for eight weeks of training in preparation for a nine-month deployment rotation to Kuwait where they will be supporting Combined Joint Task Force - Operation Inherent Resolve.
