Texas (April 2, 2018) McLennan County Sheriff Parnell McNamara shows some of his memorabilia to Rear Adm. Jay Bynum, Chief of Naval Air Training, in McNamara’s office during Waco Navy Week. The Navy Office of Community Outreach uses Navy Week programs to bring Sailors, equipment and displays to approximately 15 American cities each year for a week-long schedule of outreach engagements.
