Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Mitchell E. Lefler, component maintenance flight superintendent for the 145th Airlift Wing converses with retired service members with the North Carolina Air National Guard (NCANG), during the 2017 Retiree Breakfast held at the North Carolina Air National Guard Base, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, Nov. 17, 2017. Beginning in 1995, the breakfast is held each year to honor the retiree’s who served in the NCANG with the attendance growing each time.
