The vessels, to operate in "3 areas inside Indonesia's territorial waters," will sell their catches in nearby Indonesian markets. Indonesia claims an inland sea of 100 miles under archipelago doctrine, in addition to 12- mile territorial limits. North Korea BUYS FACTORYSHIPS IN THE NETHERLANDS 'Keumgang San,' a factoryship built for North Korea at Verolme's shipyard in the Netherlands, launched on Oct. 12, 1968, will be completed by the end of Dec. 1968.
