Lang, Jr., Engineer of Bridges ,N Wednesday, March 22, newSpans 14 and 15 of the Balti-more and Ohio Railroad bridgecrossing the Ohio River betweenBenwood Junction, W. Va.,and Bel-laire, Ohio, were moved into place, and two old spans were simulta-neously withdrawn. The totalweight of steel in the new spans isabout 460,000 pounds.
